Do you have a store or any products in stores?
We sell exclusively from our online store and do not have a physical retail store.
Do you ship to my country?
We are shipping world wide, however delivery charges and import taxes may apply.
When will you get new stock of the product I want?
We do updating our stock before running out of stock. If any product you can not see
in our stock we produce new stock in 3-5 days.

How long will shipping take?
As soon as we receive your order on our site, it’s instantaneously transmitted to our shipping team where the address data is then automatically passed on to the delivery courier. In the meantime your products are carefully packed and boxed, ready for shipping.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days and delivery times are as follows:
*1-3 business days – International orders are shipped with DHL / UPS

Can you mark this as a gift so I can avoid customs charges?
No, we’re not able to change the value of an invoice. As with all international online shopping, your order may be subject to local import duties and Customs fees. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office if you need further details.
Can i cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend the products or details on an order. Although you may consider it an easy thing to update an order, once an order is placed a chain of events is automatically triggered behind the scenes, related to the shipping of the package.

How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
How can I make a payment?
If you have found a GORGONS product you love, then placing an order is simple. Click on the product you want and then, click ‘add to basket.
You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item to your basket at any time. Once you are ready to place your order, click on the ‘cart’ and then ‘checkout’.
You will then be asked to enter your delivery address for us to calculate the shipping costs. The order total will automatically be updated.
You will then be asked to enter your billing address and preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt.
You can pay via our secure checkout using by credit card.

Exchanges & Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your Gorgons purchase but if you need to return something you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. To send something back you can contact us via [email protected].
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.

What type of leather & felt do you use?
We use only the finest vegan leather. Our leather is durable and 3mm thickness. Our felt is also has 3mm thickness and special texture with luxury accessories use only.
Where is your leather from?
Every material we use is made in Turkey
What is the difference between the genuine leather and the vegan leather?
Genuine leather is by animals and during process chrome based chemical which are not good for human health. Vegan leather iis often made from polyurethane. It can also be made from innovative and sustainable materials such as pineapple leaves, cork, apple peels, other fruit waste, and recycled plastic and used to create products that put animal skins to shame
Do you have any genuine leather products?
No, we do not use and support any animal based materials.
